My Pic of the Day:

A Day in My Life:

What do you love most about Your City?

Montreal is great of it’s multi-cultural neighborhoods and affordable and tasty food scene. It’s also a place filled with talent and lots of creative opportunities. Most of all, it feels like home.

Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?

Very obviously, favorite breakfast is actually brunch. Anything accompanied with a fluffy oat milk latte rocks my boat. My favorite place for this is Butterblume in Montreal.

What are you doing at:

6:00 AM – Most of the days, probably sleeping but also I’m probably on set filming. Those days are an early start.

10:00 AM – Being Freelance means never knowing where you’ll be or what you’ll be working on. Some days I’m in my workshop painting, making, creating. Other days I spend filming, answering e-mails, doing graphic design work or personal projects. Sometimes all of the above at the same time!

12:00 PM - Favorite Lunch spot/meal?

Anything that won’t make me want to nap at 2PM. Salads and soup are my faves. The classic home-made jambon-beurre warms my heart occasionally too.

7:00 PM -  50% of the time still working. The other 50% cooking dinner.

11:00 PM – Most probably sleeping.

What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?

Water? A Lot. Ginger infusions too.

Most used App/Favorite Instagram Account?

Instagram. I’m a big fan of @ifyouhigh. The videos on this account always give me ASMR feels. It’s a reaction I try to spark in my work.

What should everyone try at least once?

Everything! But on top of that bucket-list: traveling alone, drawing with your eyes closed, throwing a great surprise party. Anything that’s involves getting out of your comfort zone seems like a must.

Where do you enjoy getting lost?

The illustrated book section in libraries. Ikea comes close after that…
