What do I do best?
I have a strong determination and hunger to expand across multiple levels, which I consistently do, because it helps myself and others heal for the highest good. I am honest, authentic, humble, teachable, personable and disarming. I allow others to feel comfortable to express themselves, I am patient, I provide safety and acceptance of people’s processes, while keeping appropriate boundaries – I do this well personally and professionally as a therapist, yoga teacher and overall light worker. I have a sincere desire to assist others in their own healing and growth processes. I also take initiative in my work; I consistently seek effective and productive ways to do what I do. I do a great job of allowing a higher power to use and work through me to help others in their processes.
What makes me the best version of myself?
My ability to achieve balance within myself, my ability to forgive others, my ability to be strong and soft at the same time and my ability to trust in the seen and unseen.
What are my aspirations?
I have so many of the things that I have had on my list of desires, which is amazing, but overall, I desire continued expansion. I currently teach yoga and do therapy as my professions; they both allow me to show up for others and assist them in their own healing and it is so rad to be a part of. I desire to continue to expand on this professionally. I desire to expand in my own yoga practice with myself this also allows me to show up in the world and for others. I desire to write a book one day! I desire to keep learning. I desire to travel more and more and more.
My Biggest Success?
Learning how to love myself.
My Most Challenging Moment?
Getting sober! Biggest and toughest decision of my life and the best decision! Complete game changer! I was destroying my self and my life with drugs over ten years ago, and at the age of 21, I made the decision to stop. With the help of a spiritual source, many people and places, lots of magic, hard work and people who believed in me, I will have 11 years sober on July 3, 2018!
You can’t get it wrong, you can only learn more.
