What do I do best?

I think I’m really good at motivating others and pushing others to bring out their best. It’s the part of my job that I love the most. I have such a strong belief in my clients, and the people who come to my classes. I feel like it’s my job to make sure they have the same strong belief in themselves. I think a lot of times we sell ourselves short. We don't live every day to our fullest potential. I like being able to encourage others and push others to bring their best to the table every single day.

What makes me the best version of myself?

Consistency is something I take a great deal of pride in. I try to be as consistent as I can with my workouts, my healthy eating and taking care of myself in every way I can. I think that trickles into every part of my life. I consistently show up every day and try to bring my "A" game to everything I do. My family deserves the best version of me every day and that’s what I want to be able to give them. I used to think taking time for myself was selfish. I’ve learned over the past few years that it’s not selfish, its essential. When I feel good and I'm focused, I can do everything that much better whether its being a better, more patient mom/wife to being a high energy passionate fitness instructor/coach/entrepreneur.

What are my aspirations?

I have many goals and I love it. My goals are what get me up every single day. They keep me going and they keep my fire inside lit.

My passion is life is health and fitness. Health and fitness have changed my life in so many positive ways. I aspire to help others change their lives through health and fitness. I know that if people can take that first step and move their bodies and eat healthier and learn to love themselves, their lives will improve in so many ways. I want to make an impact on other's lives. I feel honored to be a part of people's health journeys. It's extremely fulfilling. I want to help as many people as I can in as many ways as I can. I want bigger things. I always want to do more. I want to continue to inspire and motivate and help people as much as I can. That's what gets me out of bed in the morning. It's my purpose and I'm happy to have found it.

My Biggest Success?

My family. Im so proud of my family. Being a mom to my three kids is the BEST thing that has ever happened to me. They gave me direction. They gave me life. I wasn’t really sure what I wanted to do with my life until I had them. Thankfully Im able to work my schedule around them. Im extremely lucky to be able to pursue my dreams while still being there for them every day. I have the best of both worlds.  I like being the example for them. I love when they ask what I do and if they can workout with me. I want them to live healthy, happy, long lives.

My Most Challenging Moment?

Hmmm...I think my most challenging moment was taking that first step and making the decision to change the path of my life. I was a special education teacher before having kids. I went to school for it, I thought it was what I was going to do for the rest of my life. Once I had my kids, they became everything. The thought of leaving them every day to go to work scared me in so many ways. I liked teaching but I knew I wasn’t passionate about it. I was passionate about fitness and helping others. I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to make enough money with a health and fitness career. I needed to help my family financially. Going back to teaching was the "safe" option. It’s the option I would have normally chosen.. before kids. I wanted my children to see their mom happy, doing something she loved. I want them to always choose happiness. I want them to love their life and enjoy what they do. I want them to follow their passion, even if its scary sometimes. I needed to be that example for them.

Making the decision to switch careers was super challenging but it was the best decision Ive ever made.

My Motto?

If you want things you've never had, you have to do things you've never done.

Taking steps outside of my comfort zone is what got me to where I am today. I would NEVER do things that made me uncomfortable years ago. I disliked change in so many ways. I got really comfortable settling for things. Thank God my mindset changed. Life is all about changing and evolving. It’s about trying new things and doing stuff that scares you. That’s where the magic happens and that’s where you discover who you really are..

My Favorite People/Role Models?

My parents. They're the best. They've supported me and guided me in so many ways.

Oprah because shes Oprah!

Autumn Calabrese is my fitness role model. I love everything that she stands for and I admire her in so many ways

Tom Brady. Yes..Im from Boston so I LOVE my Patriots. Tom Brady has a work ethic and a mindset that Ive never seen before. He is most definitely the GOAT!

My Favorite Places/Destinations?

Hawaii. We went there for my honeymoon and it is the most beautiful place Ive ever seen.

My Favorite Products/Objects?

Shakeology...ive been drinking it for about 4 years. It got me started in the right direction with healthy living. I don’t miss a day.

Sneakers...NIKE!!! I have an obsession with sneakers. I have A LOT and I love each pair. My husband thinks Im nuts but I love sneakers.

Music...I love music. I love listening to music. Music gets me through my workouts and it just makes me feel good. Maroon 5 and U2 are two of my favorites. I also love hip hop/rap. A good playlist is the BEST!

My Current Passions?

My "jobs"!! I love teaching classes. I love coaching. I love interacting with the people in my classes. I love what I do!

Sneakers are my passion. Fashion. I love shopping. I don’t always dress up, workout clothes are my favorite. I like making workout clothes stylish.

Spending time with my family is something Im passionate about too. Im a home-body. I like being home.

I like staying in, relaxing and being with the people I love the most.
