My faith allows me to persevere through hard times and trials allowing me to provide unlimited amounts of hope and motivation to those around me.

What are my aspirations?

Through the past 7 years I have been developing a unique Mental Health & Physical Wellbeing therapy approach. My goal is to offer this evidence-based program through Rehabs, schools and private practices across the globe. Along with opening up well-rounded wellness facilities that bridge the gaps present in healthcare today.

My Biggest Success?

Success for me is measured by overcoming hardships, obstacles and boundaries therefor, my greatest success was overcoming traumas in my life that set me back only to wind me up and propel me into my purpose!

My Most Challenging Moment?

There have been many challenging moments in my life from being a witness to violence and death to personal invasive traumas to life threatening physical injuries that had me bed ridden for over 6 months.

My Motto?

I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me and so can you!

My Favorite People/Role Models?

There are so many people who have offered positivity and inspiration to this world. Among them Jesus Christ, Mother Theresa, Dr. Sebi, Charlotte Gerson and many more.

My Favorite Places/Destinations?

My favorite places are among any natural atmosphere really from tropical gardens and shores to mountains and farms. I love Nature and all that it has to offer.

My Current Passions?

I am currently excited about launching my Alternative Therapy approach, The Kinohi Approach, that helps people self recognize and assess personal behavioral patterns and possible triggers, opening up dialogue for coping tools and healthy lifestyle management.
