What do I do best?

As a yoga teacher, I consciously connect with each of my students. I make eye contact, remember names, create opportunities to get to know them, and try to make everyone feel seen. My yoga classes are much more than just exercise. It’s community building.

What makes me the best version of myself?

Above all else, courage has gotten me to where I am today. I keep showing up and doing the work, even if it’s hard or scary.

What are my aspirations?

I am constantly striving to self-actualize and become the best version of myself that I can be. To me that means being a great mother and role model for my twins, a loving a supportive wife, a caring family member, loyal friend, and a force of good in the world.

My Biggest Success?

I feel proud to look at my life as a long list of accomplishments. The fact that I feel happy and content in the present moment is a great success.

My Most Challenging Moment?

When I was pregnant with my twins, I decided to leave my full time job (and salary) because I knew that I wanted to be home for my kids while they were little and I wanted to use my “free time” doing work that felt meaningful.

My Motto?

Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo - I bow to the wisdom of my inner teacher

My Favorite People/Role Models?

OPRAH - I love the fact that she has overcome so much and has created an empire while helping others succeed

My Favorite Places/Destinations?

Costa Rica and Hawaii are two of my favorite places on earth. I love the warm water, tropical jungle vibes, and loving culture.

My Favorite Products/Objects?

I love burning Palo Santo. It’s sweeter than sage and helps clear energy in a space.

My Current Passions?

I am deeply involved in the Modern Sacred Circle movement of teaching women how to lead circles of their own.
