From an operations perspective, Ben manages all process development that is established to create a more effective digital execution.

How did you get into the industry?

The digital world was growing extremely fast and was fascinating to me. I turned out to be great at it. I attended a Lead Generation seminar and thought it was awesome how you could tie together marketing and analytics. 

Any emerging industry trends?

With emerging new apps and technologies, new tactics are constantly emerging. Two trends that are not new but have caused significant disruption in the ad space is mobile traffic overcoming desktop traffic, and the importance of personalization in digital ads. Users are incredibly critical on the ads they see, so it’s critical that the ad is relevant to that specific person!

Any industry opportunities or challenges?

A platform that is showing a tonne of opportunity to me is Pinterest. It is such a creative outlet with huge strides in user tech, and with new platform management tech launched, it is going to explode!

Additionally, search marketing for voice searches. Search advertisers need to adjust how they are bidding in keywords to match the user speech patterns, very different from typing.

Inspiration for the business idea, and your vision for the Business?

We are an agency that is built on being the best at the tech.  Our team is specialized in Digital from the owners to AM to the Execution.


To be the pinnacle of digital advertising optimization. To keep client goals as the front of our media goals and treat all vendors and platforms as tools to find the best placements for digital advertising.

What's next for the Business in the near future?

We’ll be launching some amazing ad tech in the next three months, stay tuned!

For our agency, our client base is growing every month and we are looking to make waves in the digital community to start some great new programs that mentor students, push the industry forward and keep our game strong!

Your key initiatives for the success of the Business?

We really need to rely on our brand’s pillars for success and be the best at our respective channels! Some initiatives that will help are:

●      Building awesome content that helps establish our name in the industry and educates brands

●      Creatively exploring the SEO / SERP space - Launching creative search campaigns

●      Key notes and speaking engagements at industry conferences

Your most difficult moment at the Business? (and what did you learn?)

Mistakes happen and those are always difficult to manage but I find that strong communication, transparency and digging into your technical abilities to turn things around is the way to go. Even if it’s not a mistake, it’s still marketing, and results are guaranteed. Having a campaign fall flat can happen but often times it is a combination of factors that comes together. Making sure you look at the data, capture insights, and learn from the campaign to apply your findings is key.

Ideal experience for a customer/client?

All about trust and results. The ability to focus their time on the business and on the marketing content and strategy and trusting us to have their digital strategy and market share optimized. Having a clear cut transparent look into how they are succeeding and the opportunities ahead not needing to micro-manage the execution.

How do you motivate others?

I’m a people person.  Genuinely caring about what motivates people and guiding them when they need the help gets you a long way. Making sure to listen and set realistic goals and then lead by example. I am the first one to take ownership of a problem or mistake and that continuous drive to improve and get better is contagious.  Constructive feedback, praise when deserved and the opportunity of growth with genuine desire to help is what it takes!

Career advice to those in your industry?

Be open-minded when it comes to your career. There are entire industries out there that exist that you won’t hear about through school.

Don’t wait for anything, make it happen! If you don’t, nobody else will.  “When an opportunity comes up, if you’re prepared, you can grab it and own it.” Jamie Foxx - Put yourself in those situations to succeed.
