Charles Russell is Stribling & Associate's Director of Marketing and New Business Development, a position acquired in 2013. In his four years at Corcoran Sunshine, Charles managed the predevelopment planning, marketing, sales and public relations efforts for over $700 million worth of luxury residential real estate development. His accomplishments included starting the firm’s resort division; coordinating global road shows in North America, Europe and Asia; landing consulting assignments in Mexico, Argentina, and Dallas, Texas, and overseeing the marketing of two major projects, Mandarin Oriental Dellis Cay in Turks and Caicos and the award-winning One Thousand Ocean in Boca Raton, Florida. Prior to joining Stribling, he served as Vice President of Douglas Elliman Developments in New York City.
1) In this digital age, how does your firm utilize social media, if at all and stay ahead of the competition?

4) What part of NYC do you see becoming the go to spot to live in 2014 and any buildings in specific?
Hells kitchen is on fire! It has been for years but with The Highline moving north, Hudson yards, and Columbus circle pushing south – it is a no brainer. I also happen to live there.
5) Coffee or tea?
A graduate of Boston University with a concentration in International Economics and a minor in Architecture, Charles is a native New Yorker who was born three blocks from Stribling's uptown office. Charles began his real estate career in 1992 at the Corcoran Group, where he soon became its youngest-ever recipient of the “Rookie of the Year” award. He went on to become a top-ten producer with sales totaling over $100 million. In 2005, he was appointed Vice President, Business Development, and in 2006 he joined Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group as Managing Director.
