His experience spans virtually every consumer category including HBA, CPG, Luxury, Entertainment Technology, Financial Services, Automotive, and Travel/Hospitality. Jim has also spent a considerable amount of time in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, a personal passion point.

How did you get into the industry?

I was one of those kids who just always knew that I wanted to go into marketing. I would watch the tv commercials more so than the shows, look at the print ads more than the magazine articles, and I would study packaging like it was compelling novel. I was hooked on marketing, any kind of marketing, from the start.

Any emerging industry trends?

Brands are taking a stand and putting their equity behind socio-political-economic issues in a way never seen before that is leading community change and connecting more deeply with audiences.

Any industry opportunities or challenges?

Finding talent…that’s always been THE challenge in any aspect of marketing.

Inspiration for the business idea, and your vision for the Business?

Any business idea should be aimed at all of us being the best we can be!

What's next for the Business in the near future?

I believe in constant evolution. If you’re not changing then you are falling behind and you’re eventually going to become irrelevant. That’s true of businesses, brands, and people.

Your key initiatives for the success of the Business?

Constant creativity and keeping on the technology curve.

Finding the right spot for the right people…that’s difficult every single day.

How do you motivate others?

By pulling them into the vision and showing how they can uniquely contribute. And catching magical moments in the making and celebrating them.
