Sachin Bhatia is the Executive Vice President and Co-founder of TexoCC. He leads enterprise sales that pursues and cultivates new business opportunities and has led the company to acquire a global footprint. Being a marketing enthusiast, he has been a major contributor towards the business development and marketing of the company’s latest Sales Acceleration Technology, “TexoCC SEH”. He holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from IIT and has more than 13 years of experience in the IT and Contact Center industry.

How did you get into the Tech industry?
I have always had an inherent passion for technology and graduating from IIT-Guwahati made things simpler. Like everyone I strongly believed that the impact of technology in today’s world has become so crucial, that technology has become a necessity for sustenance.
Tell us about Texo.CC. What inspired the idea and what is your vision for the company?
TexoCC is a cloud based software company that offers Cloud Contact Center and Sales Acceleration Technology to small and mid sized organizations. Our vision is to become the biggest played in the Cloud Contact Center and Sales Acceleration Space.
What strategic partnerships/marketing strategies have you implemented that have attributed to Texo.CC's success?
We highly commemorate Texo.cc’s marketing success to inbound marketing. Our marketing strategy strongly revolves around inbound and content marketing. Our marketing team aims at consistently creating relevant and valuable content for our targeted personas (identified customer group), with an intention of enhancing their knowledge and making them intelligent instead of merely pitching our products directly to them.

TexoCC raised a Series A venture funding of $5 mn which will be put to use to enhance our Cloud Contact Center and Sales Acceleration offering and Marketing in the US. We have established a recognizable presence in the market, and with the recent bestowing of TMC 2015 Contact Center Technology Award it further confirms our establishment in the space.
